hypothetical: would you let google brand your library?

so imagine this: elgoog comes to you, sergio and barry personally, and they basically say, "forgot the book program that's rubbing everybody the wrong way, we want to wire your entire building - but not like the old microsoft wired schools program - we want to install google apps on all machines, and set all default search and programs to google apps and tools, and in addition we want to insert a google stamp in all books to encourage users to review the books online in some kind of tbd google book review/circulation program...in return we give you more money than you will need to upgrade systems, introduce novel programs for your community and revitalize any stagnant programs/initiatives - but you basically gotta let us brand the library so that it's like 'google and (your town) present your library - including adsense on the library home page..."

would you take or leave it? what would you need to see to allow for a corporate underwriter at a municipal library? how hard would you have to be pressed against the wall to want it?
