I'll be especially interested in practical ideas for managing online communities in a library setting. How do we integrate all of the wonderful Library/Web 2.0 applications into a (relatively) seamless, user-friendly whole for our community (both the librarians and the "patrons")? After things are set up, how do we encourage "authorship" on our site-- the backbone of content acquisition from non-library or "popular" sources?
