Hi everyone. Wanted to do a huge shout out for award winning Author Fern Schumer Chapman. She has been featured on Oprah, and has written 2 Holocaust -related books based on the true story of her mother.

My middle schoolers were absolutely mesmerized as she spoke. She had an incredible powerpoint presentation with that engaged the students as well. She also talked about genocide in general as well as topics such as The Lost Boys of Sudan.

Fern is in Chicago but I know she travels across the country and the world to present.
