Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
The UNT Libraries' DDA collection was a pilot project with the goal of simply finding out how it would work. With little guidance available for determining the optimal parameters of the service, we made choices about inclusion criteria that could affect the scope and success of the pilot. Now that the project is nearly three-quarters completed, we evaluated our choices. What kind of collection did our patrons select? How much did they spend? Were the selections good choices? Were they useful to others? This presentation will describe the analyses of the purchases and the usage of the DDA collection, and how the results could affect future decisions regarding DDA services.
