Short Session Description (one line): Strategies for helping librarians to be ready to face the challenges of leading in a time of great change in the expectations for libraries. 

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): In this session, I will present some of the results of my research into leadership for libraries looking to the future, as we work toward solving new problems and  continuing to address our ever-present issues of providing access to our materials and services. In this session some specific and practical ways to help develop yourself or other upcoming leaders in your organization will be discussed, and strategies for bringing increased training to the library will be shared.
