I'm looking for any ideas around reaching out to international groups and individuals to encourage participation in the Library 2.011 virtual conference.  Most of the "Library 2.0" networks in other languages that we've linked to on this site have been shut down.  If you are in contact or involved with any international groups, please let me know how you think I might best reach out to encourage partnering with them.  Thanks!
