What is the best way to explain to people that have no appreciation for library science, How amazing and essential you are to the future.

In my mind you will become the switchboard operators of the online future, just like in the 20's, 30's, 40's, and so on.

So...I love whaT you are doing and I would love to know how I can better myself, knowledge wise and online experience wise, Using the skills and tools developed by your industry.
