Have you ever wondered why you get along so well with some of your co-workers and find others almost unbearable? Have you ever wondered why some supervisors are so much more effective at relating to their staff than other supervisors are? If so, this is the discussion group for you.

The following are just some of the things we can do here:

1. Learn to identify our basic personality types and their common strengths and weaknesses.
2. Recognize behavior patterns in our co-workers and associates that will allow us to identify their personality types.
3. Discover strategies that will help us resolve many of the misunderstandings that are the source of so many of the conflicts between the different personality types.

Please join us as we explore the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Enneagram personality type system, and many other sources of wisdom that can help make our workplace a more harmonious and functional environment.
