What is Global Leadership Week?

Global Leadership Week (GLW) is a weeklong convening of virtual and face to face events designed to celebrate leadership through global action in K20 education. Student, educators, organizations and companies are welcome to design and host a (preferably) virtual event that will touch upon the importance of global education.

How Can I or My Organization Host an Event?

Showcase a global program or project, lead a discussion, write a collaborative manifesto, interview an expert or choose from a list of suggested activities. Host any activity that adds to the international dialogue regarding globally connected teaching and learning or educate leaders about international education programs and initiatives is welcome. We are counting on our community to help us call attention to the importance of fostering global competency in today's students and teachers. Directions for hosting and scheduling your event are here.

This is a global leadership summit of ed tech and global education leaders designed to foster discussions and collaborations between the two sectors.
