Anyone using Informs to create tutorials?

Does anyone use Informs (http://www.informs.intute.ac.uk) to create tutorials for online resources? We use Informs for tutorials in major legal databases such as Lexis and Westlaw. My feeling is that Informs now looks a bit out of date. However, its still effective - ensuring that students actively engage in moving around a web site rather than passively absorbing information about it.
