In addition to job experience as outlined on Linked In, I have been active organizing, moderating or presenting at various conferences, facilitated a "virtual roundtable" for online Handheld Librarian, and am the editor of Military Libraries, the newsletter of the Military Libraries Division of SLA.
Do you want to volunteer to help with the Library 2.0 virtual conference / events?
If you are willing to volunteer, how would you like to help? Would you want to participate as a partner organization, to serve on the advisory committee, or to help moderate actual sessions? Please provide details below, or any ideas you have for the conference.
I can't really say "yes" until I know a little more about what the time commitment would be, but I am potentially interested in serving on the advisory committee (assume that means reviewing proposals for sessions). I didn't list it above in my experience but some years ago I was on the advisory committee for Off Campus Library Services Conference and have also been on program planning committees for two military library conferences.
