Hi, Doug.

You probably don't remember me, but I was a student teacher at Mankato West in 1995 (with Jane Schostag), and you and I presented together about the efficacy of grammar checking software in word processing programs at a best practices conference in the Twin Cities. Since then, I spent a few years as a high school English teacher, then I went to library school at the University of Iowa, then I was an academic librarian for a number of years, and then I got the Ph.D. I now teach in San Jose State University's SLIS program, and I am so pleased to see that you are participating in the Library 2.011 conference.  It is such an exciting initiative!

Good to connect with you here.
