Glad to join you in the adventure and exploration of The Library field's median aged worker of 60, the newer students in my class are 40-60 and the trend and technology is geared toward 13-30 year-olds...there is a 'chasm' of understanding both anthropaligicaly, socially, culturally and technologically.
