I began teaching 33 years ago as a fifth-grade teacher. After pursuing my Master of Library Science degree, I assumed the role of K-6 Librarian for our school district, a position I held for nine years before moving to our newly-created middle school. As our district's middle school library media specialist, I worked closely with teachers to create authentic, project-based learning experiences for our students. Three years ago, I accepted the position as our district's K-12 Instructional/Technology Coach.
