About Me:
I teach Reference and Information Literacy for SJSU SLIS, and I am a former academic librarian.
Do you want to volunteer to help with the Library 2.0 virtual conference / events?
Yes
If you are willing to volunteer, how would you like to help? Would you want to participate as a partner organization, to serve on the advisory committee, or to help moderate actual sessions? Please provide details below, or any ideas you have for the conference.
I am willing to help in any needed capacity, but my time is quite limited during the semester, so I would prefer a task that is not terribly time-consuming. Thanks!

Hi Michelle:

Thanks so much for remembering me. I took your reference class in Spring 2010. I joined Library 2.0 back in 2009 although I did not have time to participate. I am interested in the use of online tools and digital technologies in libraries.  I am looking forward to the Library 2.0 Conference.  I still work at the community college and as a substitute reference librarian at a local public library.   Hope to see you at the conference. -Adrienne

Hi Michelle,

So nice to hear from you. Yes, I do remember our talk to English teachers. Wow, that's been awhile ago. I am still at Mankato - I rose to my level of incompetence early. Congrats on the degree from Iowa. My alma mater for my library degree as well. I'm anxious to see how this online conference goes. Hope to catch up with you at a conference one day.

Doug
