Why am I here?

I'm just trying to learn more about "social networking" to see how it works. I want to get a feel for its applicability to my Library. Also, I want to see how much time it takes to maintain a presence on this kind of site. I have seen kids using MySpace, and frankly could not see what all the fuss was about. Mostly the pages seemed very busy and loud. So far, I like the look and feel of "Library 2.0" and Ning in general. Hopefully, this will help to break me in. I am also going to try setting… Continue
