Finally i've been able to access my pages...

It has been so long since i've been able to access these pages and so i'm writing this post while i have the opportunity.



I'm continuing on with my travels through web 2.0 and my duties at work have shifted significantly since i first created this profile. To the point now where i'm performing webmaster duties and having a ball doing it.

Google Image Labeling

I don't know if anyone has noticed this, but a colleague of mine pointed out the Google Image Labeler. The is a pretty cool idea. Google has turned tagging into a game where you are partnered with someone else and the two of you have to try to match tags to images. Very addictive and smart. This is a way to add a bit more precision to tagging. This could be something useful for libraries.

Keeping up with the Jone's

Yes, it has been a long time. I spend much of my time visiting '2.0' sites, reading library and tech blogs and of course, working. I seem to have forgotten to keep my own virtual presence going. I find myself wondering if I need to worry about it. Am I concerned that I won't measure up, that I really have nothing new to offer?



I went from here to Facebook (or as a friend of mine called it 'Crackbook') which grabbed me and kept me prisoner for a while but it has lost its golden glow.… Continue
