In our LIS subject regarding current trends in librarianship, we are now studying the use of the very popular mobile devices in the library services.
Text messaging has now really become an interesting and a trend in serving reference service to library customers. This technology has already been part of other libraries around the world especially in the West but as of now, Philippines is still coping with other current trends in the world of libarrianship.
