I'm just a fledgling in this Web 2.0/Library 2.0 world, but I'm taking a class for which I need to create a Web site and our instructor told us to choose a topic about which we are passionate. So, I am going to create a guide to literary dogs. I have lots of ideas of books to include, but I'm curious to ask you all:

what are your favorite books that feature dogs??

I can't wait to find out!

Here it is, my first amateur, little effort at creating a Web site. I ran out of time and gee whiz before I ran out of books to add.

There's a new children's book called "Once I ate a pie" by Patricia MacLachlan and Emily MacLachlan Charest. It's poems by "dogs" and they're pretty cute.

"Where the Red Fern Grows" always made me so sad as a child, but it truly a great story about boys and their dogs. Plus it is set in Appalachia...

Well, would "Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime" by Mark Haddon count?
