First day

This is my first day on Library 2.0 ning. I don't like the members search box. All I get is the message

"This social network doesn't have any members that match your search."

It would be nice to search for members by name, country or other things. Am I missing out on some secret key?

The search is case sensitive - try capitalising the first letter. Apparently this is being addressed.
