Our library has program for Tech Student Assistants to provide first level support for library technologies.
Does anyone else have a program that is similar? I have created a Wiki for their work flow with integrated 2.0 technologies.

thanks for any info or links you can send or tech tips....

I have created a wiki using PBWiki, Google Groups, Google Calendar and Word Press for the Blog.
I will soon try other things to help support technology in the library....using student assistants providing first level support using these web 2 tools... Almost 100% of the student never used blogs, wikis or google groups/calendar either so this continues to be challenging. Most have limited skills except for Facebook and Twitter.
