I work in a rural library and on any shift at the library we do everything. I am the only one to do youth services. Working in a small town community, I come up against folks that don't want to see change. Books are the main consentration for the finances, along with videos.

I just found out about this website less than an hour ago as I'm reading through the Fall 2007 issue of WesternTrek: the OCLC Western Magazine. As I just emailed my library director, it's a REALLY good issue concerning Web 2.0 stuff from an Administrative/Management perspective.

Have you ever tried searching "Libraries" and "web 2.0" on YouTube.com?? There's too many hits! And many of the videos are well done -- you just gotta dig sometimes ;)
