top ranked websites retrieved using your query, perhaps it uses Google.
May be it uses the same old H.P.Luhn's 1958 sentence extraction technique (Automatic abstracting) with some more newer ranking, data mining and text massaging.
It also preserves the links to the documents/ websites. .
