In a recent class, we were talking about Library 2.0 as a model of service that encourages communication, collaboration, etc. with our current users and as a way to find new ways to reach out to new users. The point was that Library 2.0 is more than just using lots of 'cool' web 2.0 applications.

The inevitable question came up - give some examples of how the ideas of Library 2.0 can improve traditional (non-technology) related services? I thought this was a great discussion topic! So, do any of you have examples from your library that you'd like to share? Or even pie-in-the-sky ideas?
