Hi, I'm Sonya Schryer Norris and I'm the Web site administrator at the Library of Michigan. I'm getting ready to give a 3-hour tour of Library 2.0 topics including RSS, blogs, podcasting, wikis, del.icio.us, flickr, MySpace and YouTube for Michigan's Rural Libraries Conference in May so I'm working to stay abreast of what's going on in all those topics specifically and social networking in general. If you know of any good examples I could use of libraries using del.icio.us I'd much appreciate it.

The most useful social networking tool for me personally has been MySpace. It's really helped me to keep up with my family, and that's one of the things I'm going to talk about in my presentation - how a lot of patently normal life, like reading my Uncle's blog on how he made pumpkin pie with a real pumpkin - happens in MySpace and how it can be used by "grown-ups" as a tool for the every-day.

Feel free to friend me!
