For 21st Century teaching and learning, libraries have extended its services to learning and access to information and resources beyond the classroom. They have been integral in providing direction for resources to participants that are openly accessible. Temple University Library’s proactive work in developing strategies and efforts to ensure student access to information is pivotal and integral to their success. I will share information on a collaborative project with librarian and Africology & African
American Studies faculty to examine and use open sources in the classroom.
