Twitter: it’s been around for years. Social media is everywhere these days. Okay, we get it!

But it’s not enough to simply start tweeting. You need a game plan. Tweeting is about building relationships, creating a brand story, talking to your audience, providing value AND having fun…so how can we do this?

In this presentation, you’ll learn how to find and create content for tweeting, develop strategies for building a core audience and discover innovative ways to promote your library in 140 characters or less! We’ll also discuss team-based tweeting, tips on organizing future tweets, setting goals and evaluating engagement.
