Full Session Description (as long as you would like): 

In 2019, The Pratt Institute Libraries collaborated with the Pratt School of Information to conduct user experience testing of our website and peripheral web-based tools. Following the conclusion of two semester-long studies, the libraries developed an entirely new website with a lean information architecture and simplified design. The website launched on July 29, 2019. This session will reveal the findings of our study and highlight the steps other libraries can take improve library web infrastructure.
