Loida Garcia-Febo and Kijana Stringer will share best practices and recommendations on how to use research to provide services for multi-lingual and diverse ethnic groups. These are based on their research of countries in the process of development to identify needs and provide services to multi-lingual and diverse ethnic groups in Latin America and the Caribbean.  They will share best practices, recommendations and outcomes based on their experience. The purpose is to enhance the education of communities, library users, students and information professionals from diverse ethnic groups.
