1. Learn to identify our basic personality types and their common strengths and weaknesses.
2. Recognize behavior patterns in our co-workers and associates that will allow us to identify their personality types.
3. Discover strategies that will help us resolve many of the misunderstandings that are the source of so many of the conflicts between the different personality types.
