I need help for organizing the Book Fair.
How do you all keep track of what books you are selling and
what books are sold? I always have a list in Excel
and check the books that are sold, but it is too much work.

Are you working with a book company?  Many have statistics that will tell you what is sold.  For instance, I work with Scholastic and they send a cash register with the fair (call Easy Scan) that will give you reports telling you what has sold at any point in time.  This also helps for restocking items for the next day's fair.  It doesn't list the inventory, but I believe you can ask for that as well.  Good luck.  You're right, an Excel report that you have to update every time something is sold is too much work.
