I have just recently learned that, much to my surprise, the State of Colorado has decided to fund our program plan building request in full rather than in phases. That means that rather than having 12 months to plan for our remodel, I'm not being asked by our facilities folks to consider if we might be able to be moved out of the building by fall semester!! (No, I'm not kidding.) Do you have any suggestions for me about what to avoid in considering moving all or part of the collections and services off site?
