Born 1961 and hails from Ikenne-Remo in Ogun State, Nigeria. Holds B.Sc. (Hons) Biochemistry, PGDE, MLS [Ibadan]. Chartered Librarian by the Librarians Registration Council of Nigeria; Associate Member, CILIP, UK (Regd. No. 51521260) and Member, Nigerian Library Association. Formerly, a teacher at some post-primary institutions in two States of Nigeria, namely Plateau and Ogun. My librarianship career began as Assistant Librarian at the Ogun State (now Olabisi Onabanjo) University, Ago-Iwoye in 1992. Former Librarian, Medical Schools & Teaching Hospitals of the Ogun State (now Olabisi Onabanjo) University, Sagamu (1993-1999) and Lagos State University, Ikeja (1999-2004), Nigeria. Former Librarian at St. Christopher Iba Mar Diop College of Medicine, Luton, United Kingdom (2004-2011). Later, as Librarian & Learning Centres Supervisor, Abingdon & Witney College, Oxfordshire (2012-2014). Diversified into Consultancy as Principal Library Consultant & Researcher, Omega-Donat Infoserve Consulting Limited, Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom (2014-2016). Current Librarian, Her Majesty's Youth Offending Institution Aylesbury (as an employee of the Milton Keynes College).

My librarianship practice has thus afforded me the professional privilege of serving some of the best healthcare providers in Nigeria in the aspects of information organization, resources/sources provision and research support before relocating to the United Kingdom for continuing practice. Very active in research and publishing activities - as a member of Editorial Boards for some Librarianship Journals and an author of considerable number scholarly articles in medical and librarianship journals, book review and a two books on librarianship. “Alternate Winner” of the 2005 MLA Cunningham Memorial International Fellowship (for medical librarians), tenable in USA/Canada.
