I'm interested in your profile. How does technical support via traditional computer companies border on being opinion driven? While I agree that it can be very ineffective (and inaccessible), I would like to hear more of your ideas about it being biased, or based on opinion. Does that relate to the fact that private computer companies are profit based, so impossible to be free of bias?
