Hi Brian,
I enjoyed you and Karas masterclass at ILI2007! In my opinion one of the best things that happened at the conf.! I really feel I got some practical advise to take home and start using. So thanks to you and Kara for a really successfull session!

Well I'm certainly happy no one ever took photos of me in 1995 with balloons.
Cheers and see you in London in October

Thanks for the link to all your presentations! What a history of library technology there and a treasure trove. "Web2.0" - so much easier to say and less scary than that old "externally hosted web services".

HI Brian, thanks for the invite here! The "remotely hosted" info. That goes back to 2000 - a web4lib posting asking for info on externally hosted web services for library web sites. You kindly provided a ppt presentation with a ton of resources. Just ran across those messages recently. Seems like donkey's years ago. That talk led to one of my best training contracts - still running after 7 years. So I remember your name with gratitude!

Hi Brian, Andy Kirk here from the RSC South East, as with Slideshare it seems you get to these web 2.0 things before me :-) Feel free to pop by -

Hi Brian,
So we meet again and you have joined this outfit! I see some familiar faces above which I shall have to befriend as well!

Best wishes

Wow George, I'm impressed that you managed to find that photo - I'd completely forgotten about it.

And yes, I think the balloon animal (one might call it a social network of balloons) has trumped Phil's solitary balloon, which is so desparate to meet others that it is touting its name:-)

Oops I forgot the citation and it was 1994 not 1995:
