Covid-19 Pandemic has a high impact on Libraries processes, management, staff, and patrons. While the Pandemic negatively impacted many libraries around the world, it positively enhanced these two-information institutions and unleashed the potential to expand its patrons and services remotely. In this proposal, two case studies from Qatar will be presented: The Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) Library and Qatar National Library (QNL).  The lockdown in Qatar, which took place from March to mid-July 2020, forced these two libraries to work remotely to reduce the number of the Covid-19 case. This increased the demands of patrons of these institutions to access resources and find alternatives to print resources mainly E-Resources such as books, audiobooks and databases. It also meant the need to transform all the reference services from face to face to online using new platforms and tools. Furthermore, the lockdown has forced the staff to change the nature of their programs and finds alternative online platforms to reach out to their patrons. The use of technological advancement meant the need to train the staff to be able to face all these changes and to use all the new platforms. There was greater need to provide well-curated content to facilitate easier access for the patrons to reach much needed resources. All of the previous development and outcomes in both MIA and QNL library on the Library and Patrons through statistics and feedbacks of Patrons and Librarians will be illustrated in the presentation of the two case studies. It will also analyze these results using SWOT Analysis. the presentation will conclude with how libraries can enhance their services to face future changes.
