Dear Colleagues,

In the name and mandated by the Hungarian section of the conference, I would like to express our gratitude to all organizers. Special thanks go to Steve Hargadon, who put a great deal of work in helping the section to come to existence. He did it with admirable patience and good humor.

As I said I am writing on behalf of Hungarian librarians, LIS faculty members and students to thank you all.

Yes, there were attendees. Especially, though not exclusively from among the LIS faculty and students at the University of Pécs, because they built the mass of the presenters. In fact, many of the spoke and watched live in a classroom. It is highly possible that a number of papers will be published in a Hungarian LIS journal.

Did you have attendees from Hungary who watched the sessions, or who will watch the recordings?  I'm so glad you did this, and really appreciate seeing someone take the conference idea and make something out of it for a specific group!
