I am member of Citizen Defending Libraries fighting to stop real estate brokers from destroying our four major public libraries.
Brooklyn Public Library plans to close two major and busy libraries.
1. Pacific Library which is carnegie library which is 110-years-old.
2. Brooklyn Heights Library will be replaced by luxury building with no Children's Room and Business Center moving to Central Library (Brooklyn)

New York Public Library
Mid-Manhattan Library (40th St/5th Av) and Science Business Industry Library (34th St/Madison Avenue) closed their building, sold to private developers and will be relocate to 42nd St Library, which 42nd St Library will be shrink the size of libraries.
