If you've placed a group or institutional order, here is some information for you. If you have already corresponded with us about the options below for your confirmed purchase, you do not need to respond.
Typically, at this point, an electronic invoice has been sent. Please let us know if you are not paying by credit card and let us know the timing of your check payment, or if the invoice needs to be directed to someone else.
You have three choices for how your staff can access the live sessions and the session recordings:
1. Send the email addresses of all the staff you want to participate to admin@library20.com (be sure to reference our session / event name and your organization's name). It is easiest for us if you send this in a spreadsheet for larger numbers. You may also just paste these addresses into an email reply to this message with one email address per line. We do not need the names, just the email addresses. If you have already done this when you registered (groups), you do not need to do so again.
Confirmation and informational emails will go directly to those on the list you send, both for how to attend the live sessions and how to access the recordings. Your staff will each need to join Library20.com (free) to have the viewing license associated with their account in order to access the recordings.
2. Create a single account login (email and password) at Library20.com. If you choose this option, you then send us the email address of the account and we will send all confirmation and information emails to this email address.
This can be easier for your staff than creating individual accounts at Library20.com, but does require that you forward all communication from us to your staff, and you do need to be careful to make sure that your staff knows not to share the live-session login links or access to the recordings with anyone outside your organization.
3. If you have a Niche Academy institutional account you can use it for making the recordings available afterward instead of options 1 & 2 above. For the live attendance information, you can either send us the email addresses of all staff or forward the information we send to you to your staff (again, making sure that your staff knows not to share this outside of your organization).
Additional Notes:
- Participants are not required to attend the live session in order to have access to the recordings.
- The recordings do not expire.
- The recordings typically go up one business day after the session is held.
