This is my first time as a shop steward and in an extremely anti-union environment. I'm finding it tough going, my co-workers are either completely uninterested or act enthused but do not support union actions or attend meetings and this is a contract year. I have not received feedback about what they might want to see in the new MOU. Does anyone have any clauses in their MOUs that they think should be part of every MOU?
