I just started reading "The Tipping Point" by Malcolm Gladwell. I find myself a bit skeptical, but hoping that his evidence is compelling enough that I become convinced.I wonder about the words "tipping point." I hear those words frequently. Has Gladwell's theory become accepted or is he further explaining a concept society has already embraced?
