    About Me:

I have been employed with the International Labour Organization for the last ten (10) years working in the Information Centre. I have gained a wealth of experience by liaising with various stakeholders and through delivering an extensive range of information products and services to meet the needs of users in 22 countries/territories. My existing core competencies span the areas of Administration, Library and Information Systems, Communications and Advocacy, Inventory Management, staff training and operations and IT support during events. Over the last five (5) years I have assisted in the planning and organizing of over 50 conferences, workshops and meetings organized by the ILO in the Caribbean region. Over the last four (4) years my focus has been volunteering in developing countries. In 2010, I completed two (2) successful missions to Haiti after the earthquake to provide relief services with the Trinidad and Tobago based NGO, Is there not a Cause. In 2013 I delivered IT and administrative capacity building skills sessions at the BFT Centre in Siam Reap, Cambodia. This campaign was to ensure that young women and men were equipped with the requisite skills to enter the 21st Century labour market.
