Hello, my name is Amanda. I am a Phi Kappa Phi honor student at San Jose State University. The emphasis of my MLIS degree is in web programming and information architecture. My academic and professional interests include information architecture, web usability, accessibility, and database creation. I have worked in libraries for the last 16 years of my life, so I am familiar with various aspects of what makes a library run. My main goal is keeping the users happy-without them, we wouldn't have work to do. I have strong customer service skills, strong analytical skills, and am a quick learner.
