About Me:
I am the one on the left. I've been an elementary school librarian for 12 yrs; PreK- 6th grades. Was a library assistant in middle school for 2 yrs before that. I'm also an artist, love gardening, and have a Makerspace in the library stocked with crafts, games, low tech and high tech.It's mostly self serve, with some scheduled sessions teaching kids to sew on sewing machines, knitting, and other skills. The scheduled classes depend on having volunteers available to help me teach them. My biggest goal is to teach creativity and a love of reading in children.
