About Me:
I am working as an Assistant Professor at Department of Library & Information University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. I got doctoral degree from university of Lille3, France (Title of dissertation: Service Quality Assessment in University Libraries of Pakistan). I have more than 14 years of professional and teaching experience in universities and academic institutions of Pakistan. I have 14 research studies / publications in my credit. Delivered lectures as a resource person in various training programs in Pakistan and abroad. I knew four languages (English, French, Urdu and Punjabi).
