About Me:
I am currently the Associate Dean of Library Services at Western Carolina University. I have been Head of Reference, Instruction, & Outreach at the University of California, San Diego and Head of Reference at Wake Forest University. I have led strategic planning and marketing efforts, co-chaired the Leadership Institute for NCLA, and created an information literacy program. I have an MLS from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, an MBA in marketing from Wake Forest University, and am enrolled in the doctoral program at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
