About Me:

I am an artist and a librarian working in Baltimore. I hold a BFA in Sculpture from the University of Iowa and MLIS from the SCI at the University of Pittsburgh. I am passionate about empowering people through the arts and access to information. I believe art, research, and community are inextricably linked. I value information ethics and intellectual property law in tandem with arts education as it stresses the implicit value of creative work in communities and the world at large. My subject specialties in addition to Fine Arts, Music, and IP Law are Programming, Youth Services, and Collection Development. I am passionate about creating inclusive collections and dynamic programs that empower all members of the community.
