About Me:

Hello! Hola! I'm senior lecturer/coordinator of the Master of Education(Teacher-Librarianship)at QUT, Brisbane, Australia. The subjects teach include Cyberlearning and Designing Spaces for Learning. I'm a member of QUT's Information Studies research group and a joint program leader in QUT's Children and Youth Research Centre. My research interests include informed learning/information literacy, using information and learning online, the experiences and needs of international students, and teacher-librarianship. I draw on previous experience as librarian in academic, public and government libraries in Australia and the UK. My qualifications include: PhD (QUT), MA Librarianship (Sheffield, UK), BA Comb Hons Spanish/Romance Linguistics (Birmingham, UK), AALIA. I love music, the beach and travel.
