About Me:

Mrs. Jacqueline (Fritz) Burger is an Associate Professor, Learning Technologies Liaison at Bucks County Community College. She received her BA in Psychology from Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA and her MS in Library and Information Science from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. She facilitates innovative teaching and learning practices across academic disciplines, teaches students and faculty digital media literacy skills, and teaches a seminar course and computer science course. She contributed her experience in engaging students through digital media literacy instruction and support to a chapter of the book Student Engagement in the Academic Library. She also contributed her experience in managing media collections to ACRL’s 2011 Guidelines for Media Resources in Academic Libraries. She served on the expert panel to develop the 2015 NMC Horizon Report for Libraries, and she has presented her work learning technologies and digital media literacy instruction at EDUCAUSE, NERCOMP, NMC and at regional Library conferences.
