I've been working in libraries for 27 years and as an MLIS librarian for 17 years. I am very active in ALSC, a division of ALA. I have served on a number of ALSC committees and currently serve on the Excellence in Early Learning Digital Media Award committee. I am also on my state's Beverly Cleary Children's Choice Award committee.
